Empowering and Inspiring All Students to Excel as Lifelong Learners

Come and discover the magic of Geeveston Primary School, nestled in the heart of a beautiful rural community. Our dedicated and skilled staff are committed to nurturing and educating students from Kindergarten to Year 6, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all. At Geeveston, we believe in a well-rounded education, offering a range of specialist programs including Art, Physical Education, Music, and Cooking. Our Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden program allows students to get hands-on experience in our garden to plate initiative, fostering a love for healthy eating and sustainability.

Valuing culture is a high priority at our school. Our Aboriginal Education Worker supports our students to remain connected to land and supports staff to better understand Aboriginal culture and how to incorporate Aboriginal perspectives in all learning experiences.

We also welcome birth to 5 year olds at our Launching into Learning (LIL) program on Mondays. This program offers a unique opportunity for young children to engage in play based learning within the school environment allowing a smooth transition to school.
